Slow Cooker Malteser Fudge

Ingredients
- 14 ounces (400 g) milk chocolate, chopped
- 14 ounces (400 g) white chocolate, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz/397 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups (170 g) Maltesers, divided
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Lightly grease or line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add the milk chocolate, white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low for 1½–2 hours, stirring every 20–30 minutes, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Fold in 1½ cups of the Maltesers, stirring gently to keep some pieces intact.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Maltesers over the top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into 24 squares.

Tips
