These Air Fryer Shrimp are juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned with garlic, paprika, and a hint of lemon. Ready in just 10 minutes, they’re perfect as an appetizer, salad topper, or quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the shrimp and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- The shrimp are done when they turn pink and opaque with an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.

- Pat the shrimp dry before seasoning to help them brown.
