These Mini Pizzas are quick, cheesy, and endlessly customizable! Made with soft pizza dough, savory pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella, and your favorite toppings, they’re perfect for parties, after-school snacks, game day, or an easy family dinner.

Ingredients
For the Pizza Base
- 1 pound (450 g) pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Toppings
- ½ cup (120 ml) pizza sauce
- 2 cups (225 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni (optional)
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup diced bell peppers
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

- Cooked Italian sausage
- Cooked bacon crumbles
- Jalapeño slices
- Pineapple chunks
- Fresh spinach
- Cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a 4–5-inch (10–13 cm) circle.
- Place the dough rounds on the prepared baking tray.
- Brush the edges lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each dough round, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle each pizza with mozzarella and a little Parmesan cheese.
- Add your favorite toppings evenly over each pizza.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil.
- Allow to cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Air Fryer Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place 2–3 mini pizzas in the air fryer basket, depending on its size.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining pizzas.
