Ingredients
- 1½ cups (340 g) low-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup (120 g) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (30 g) vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for a cheesecake flavor)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
