Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 g) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (225 g) cottage cheese
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop (about 30 g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk (if needed for blending)
Toppings
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, ripe banana, protein powder, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and milk to a blender or food processor.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes, until completely smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the pudding into serving bowls or jars.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes for the best texture.
