Garlic Parmesan Ranch Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Parmesan Ranch Sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Wraps
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Warm the tortillas for 15–20 seconds in the microwave or in a dry skillet until pliable.
- Spread a generous spoonful of the garlic Parmesan ranch sauce over each tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, cheese, tomato, red onion, cooked chicken, and bacon, if using.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.
- For a crispy finish, place the wraps seam-side down in a lightly greased skillet and toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
