Ingredients
- 1½ cups (360 ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 cup (170 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool for 5 minutes.

- Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream until fully combined and no streaks remain.

- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
