Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze (optional, for serving)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the Brussels sprouts dry after washing.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cut-side down for the best browning.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the Brussels sprouts during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
- Garnish with bacon, nuts, parsley, or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and serve immediately.
