Ingredients
Base
- 2 Weetabix biscuits
- ½ cup (120 ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Yogurt Layer
- 1 cup (240 g) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Topping
- ½ cup (75 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds or granola (optional)
- Extra blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the Weetabix biscuits into a bowl or serving jar.
- Pour the milk over the crushed Weetabix and stir until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the jar or container to form the base.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the Weetabix layer.
- Top with the blueberries and sprinkle with chia seeds, if using.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
