These Blueberry Greek Yogurt Bites are creamy, refreshing, and packed with protein. Made with just a handful of wholesome ingredients, they’re the perfect healthy snack or light dessert for hot days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 g) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1½ cups (225 g) fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Instructions
- Line a baking tray or large plate with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared tray, leaving a little space between each bite.
- Sprinkle with your favorite toppings, if desired.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
- Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight freezer-safe container.
- Let them sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before enjoying.
