Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 g) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1½ cups (225 g) fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking tray or large plate with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and chia seeds, if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray, leaving a little space between each bite.
