Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1½ cups (170 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup (50 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Cooking spray

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly flour a work surface and unfold the puff pastry sheet.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parsley evenly over one half of the pastry.
- Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
- Cut into 6 equal rectangles or your preferred shape.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the pastries in a single layer, leaving space between each one.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
