Air Fryer Salmon
This Air Fryer Salmon is tender, flaky, and perfectly seasoned with a lightly crisp exterior. Ready in under 15 minutes, it’s an easy and healthy meal for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz / 170 g each), skin on or off
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh dill)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with a little oil.
- Place the salmon fillets in the basket in a single layer, skin-side down if using skin-on fillets.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
