Air Fryer Pizza Sticks

Ingredients
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- 24 slices pepperoni (optional)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
For Serving
- 1 cup pizza sauce, warmed
- Ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Trim the crusts from the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
- Place 3 slices of pepperoni (if using) near one edge of each slice of bread.
- Lay one mozzarella cheese stick on top of the pepperoni.
- Roll the bread tightly around the filling and pinch the seam to seal. Place the rolls seam-side down.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush each pizza stick with the seasoned butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the pizza sticks in a single layer, leaving space between each one.
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with warm pizza sauce and ranch dressing, if desired.
