Air Fryer Pancakes
These Air Fryer Pancakes are soft, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make. Using silicone molds or small cake pans, you can enjoy perfectly cooked pancakes without standing over a stovetop.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup (180 ml) milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Cinnamon
For Serving
- Maple syrup
- Butter
- Fresh berries
- Powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly grease silicone pancake molds, silicone muffin cups, or small air fryer-safe ramekins.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine.
- Fill each mold about ⅔ full with batter. Add any desired mix-ins.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the tops are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Carefully remove the pancakes from the molds and serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Tips
- Silicone molds make it easy to remove the pancakes and help them keep their shape.
