Honey Glaze
- ¼ cup (60 ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Season the chicken: Pat the chicken dry and rub with olive oil. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes, if using.
-
Cook the chicken: Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Chicken thighs: Air fry for 16–18 minutes.
- Chicken breasts: Air fry for 18–20 minutes.
Flip halfway through cooking.
