Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil, then coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.

- Chicken Breasts: 16–20 minutes
- Boneless Chicken Thighs: 14–18 minutes
- Bone-In Thighs: 20–24 minutes
- Drumsticks: 20–22 minutes
Flip the chicken halfway through cooking.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges or your favorite sauce.
