Ingredients
- 1 (14–15 oz / 400–425 g) can salmon, drained (remove skin and bones if preferred)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
Optional Seasonings: Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chopped parsley, or a squeeze of lemon juice.
Instructions
- Drain the canned salmon and place it in a large bowl. Flake it with a fork.
- Add the eggs and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined. If the mixture is too wet, add a few more breadcrumbs. If it’s too dry, add a teaspoon of water or lemon juice.
- Shape the mixture into 6–8 patties.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
