Ingredients
- 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1½ cups barbecue sauce (your favorite variety)
Instructions
- Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or use a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.
- Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker.
- Pour the barbecue sauce evenly over the pork chops, making sure they are well coated.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4–6 hours or High for 2–3 hours, until the pork is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Spoon the sauce over the pork chops before serving.
