Chicken Patties (Juicy & Crispy)
Great for burgers, wraps, or just with a dip.
Ingredients

500g (1 lb) ground chicken

1 small onion, finely minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg
-
½ cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1 tbsp mayonnaise (keeps them juicy)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Optional: ½ tsp paprika or Italian seasoning
Method

Mix gently
Combine everything in a bowl. Don’t overwork the meat. -
Shape
Form into 4–6 patties. Slightly flatten (they puff up a bit). -
Chill (optional but helps)
20–30 minutes in the fridge to firm up. -
Cook
Pan-Fry:
Medium heat, 4–5 mins per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 74°C / 165°F).Air Fryer:
190°C / 375°F for 12–14 minutes, flip halfway.Oven:
200°C / 400°F for 18–22 minutes.
