Air Fryer Potato Slices (Crispy & Easy)
Perfect side for steak, burgers, or even alongside biscuits & gravy.
Ingredients

2–3 medium potatoes (Russet or Maris Piper work best)

1–2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Optional: garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, parmesan
Method

Slice evenly
Cut into ¼-inch (½ cm) rounds for best crisp. -
Soak (optional but recommended)
Soak in cold water 20–30 mins to remove starch.
Drain and dry thoroughly. -
Season
Toss with oil and seasoning. -
Air fry
190°C / 375°F for 12–15 minutes
Flip halfway.
Cook until golden and crisp.
Extra Crispy Trick

Don’t overcrowd the basket.

Light spray of oil halfway through.

Finish at 200°C / 400°F for last 2–3 minutes.
