Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3–5 minutes.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil.
- Mix the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between them.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Optional Flavor Variations
- Buffalo: Toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and air fry for 1–2 more minutes.
- Garlic Parmesan: Add extra Parmesan, melted butter, and minced garlic after cooking.
- Spicy: Mix ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper or chili flakes into the seasoning.
- Lemon Herb: Finish with fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.
