Air Fryer Steak & Potatoes
Ingredients
For the steak

1–2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or strip)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp paprika
For the potatoes

2 medium potatoes (cubed)

1 tbsp olive oil
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes

Cut potatoes into small cubes.

Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Air Fry the Potatoes
-
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
-
Cook potatoes for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
3. Season the Steak
-
Rub steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
4. Cook the Steak
-
Move potatoes to one side (or remove them).
-
Place steak in the air fryer.

Cook at 200°C (400°F):

| Medium | 8–10 min |
| Well done | 11–12 min |
Flip halfway through.
5. Rest & Serve
Let steak rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with the crispy potatoes.
