Ingredients
-
2–3 medium potatoes
-
1–2 tsp olive oil (or any cooking oil)
-
½ tsp salt

-
Black pepper
-
Paprika

Instructions
1. Slice the Potatoes
-
Wash and peel the potatoes (peeling is optional).
-
Slice them very thin using a knife or mandoline slicer.
2. Soak the Slices
-
Put the slices in cold water for 15–30 minutes.
-
This removes starch and makes them crispier.
3. Dry Well
-
Pat the slices completely dry with a towel.
4. Season
-
Toss the potato slices with oil and salt.
5. Air Fry
-
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
-
Place slices in a single layer in the basket.
-
Cook for 10–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

Let them cool for a minute—they’ll become even crispier.
Add extra seasoning if desired and enjoy!
