Crockpot Chicken & Gravy (Easy Comfort Meal)
Creamy, savory, and fall-apart tender — this is a dump-and-go slow cooker classic that’s perfect over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits.
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

2 packets chicken gravy mix (about 1 oz each)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1½ cups low-sodium chicken broth

½ tsp black pepper

Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder or dried thyme
Instructions
1️⃣ Add to Crockpot
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
2️⃣ Mix the Gravy
In a bowl, whisk together gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, broth, and seasonings.
3️⃣ Slow Cook
Pour mixture over chicken.

Cook until chicken is tender and easily shreds.
4️⃣ Shred & Serve
Shred chicken directly in the crockpot and stir into the gravy.
