Ingredients
- 2 cups (180 g) finely chopped cooked broccoli

- 1½ cups (150 g) shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Optional: Add a pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with silicone baking cups.
- If using fresh broccoli, steam or microwave it until just tender, then let it cool slightly and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, eggs, and shredded cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the centers are set.
- Let the broccoli bakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing and serving.
Air Fryer Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fill silicone muffin cups with the broccoli mixture.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and fully set.
