Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 g) almond butter (unsweetened)
- ¼ cup (60 g) butter
- ¼ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup (65 g) powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional Add-Ins
- ½ cup chopped roasted almonds or pecans
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) pan or loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Stir in the almond butter until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
- Fold in the chopped nuts, coconut, or sugar-free chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the candy from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into small squares.
