Citrus Ricotta Cream Dessert

Ingredients
- 1½ cups (375 g) whole-milk ricotta cheese
- ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream, chilled
- ¼ cup (60 ml) honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Place the ricotta in a food processor or blender and blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a large bowl, combine the smooth ricotta, honey, vanilla, lemon zest, orange zest, lemon juice, orange juice, and salt.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture until fully combined and light.
- Divide the mixture evenly among four serving glasses or dessert bowls.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until well chilled.
- Garnish with fresh berries, citrus segments, chopped pistachios, mint, or extra zest before serving.

- Use whole-milk ricotta for the creamiest texture.
