Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup chopped spinach
- 2 tbsp diced cooked ham (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp butter or cooking spray (for the pan)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Grease a 6–7-inch (15–18 cm) round cake pan or oven-safe dish that fits inside your air fryer basket.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Stir in the cheese, bell pepper, onion, spinach, and ham, if using.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan and spread the fillings evenly.
- Place the pan into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let the omelette rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
