Ingredients
For the Ricotta Cream
- 2 cups (450 g) whole-milk ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup (60 ml) honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp orange zest
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

- Fresh mint leaves
- Extra citrus zest

Instructions
- Place the ricotta in a food processor or blender and blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add the honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, orange zest, and cinnamon (if using).
- Blend again until light and silky.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into 4 serving glasses or bowls.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh berries, mint leaves, extra citrus zest, and chopped pistachios if desired.
