This Air Fryer Cauliflower is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned with garlic, paprika, and herbs. It’s a quick, healthy side dish that’s ready in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the florets with the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between the florets.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown with crispy edges.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Tips
- Dry the cauliflower well to help it crisp up.
- Avoid overcrowding the basket—cook in batches if necessary.
- For extra crunch, spray lightly with cooking oil halfway through cooking.
