Ingredients
- 1½ lbs (680 g) baby potatoes, washed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- If the baby potatoes are large, cut them in half. Leave smaller ones whole.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 18–22 minutes, shaking the basket every 5–6 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and fork-tender.
- If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the potatoes during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
