Pepperoni Pan Pizza in the Air Fryer
This Pepperoni Pan Pizza in the Air Fryer has a crispy golden crust, gooey melted mozzarella, zesty pizza sauce, and perfectly crisp pepperoni. It’s an easy homemade pizza that’s ready in about 20 minutes.
Ingredients
For the Dough
- 1 lb (450 g) prepared pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–24 pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish
- Fresh basil leaves
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly grease a 7-inch (18 cm) round cake pan or air fryer-safe pizza pan with olive oil.
- Stretch the pizza dough to fit the pan, pressing it gently into the edges.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch (1 cm) border.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then arrange the pepperoni evenly over the top.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Place the pan into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Let the pizza rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot.
