Air Fryer Potatoes
These Air Fryer Potatoes are crispy and golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned with garlic, herbs, and spices. They make an easy side dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 lb (900 g) baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into evenly sized pieces.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 18–22 minutes, shaking the basket every 6–8 minutes to ensure even browning.
- During the last 2 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if using.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
