Flavorful Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
500 g baby potatoes or Yukon Gold, halved or quartered
2–3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
½ tsp black pepper
½–1 tsp salt
Optional: ½ tsp chili flakes or Parmesan for extra punch
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Roast
Spread evenly on a baking sheet (don’t overcrowd).
Roast 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy outside, tender inside.
3️⃣ Finish
Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan or fresh parsley.
Serve hot as a side or snack.

Parboil potatoes 5 minutes before roasting for extra fluffiness inside.
