Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bread
This Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bread is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with melted mozzarella and Parmesan. It’s the perfect side for pasta, soups, salads, or as a quick snack.
Ingredients
- 1 French baguette or Italian loaf, halved lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, mayonnaise (if using), minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the bread, then top with the Parmesan.
- Cut the bread into pieces if needed so it fits in your air fryer basket.
- Place the bread in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Remove carefully, garnish with extra parsley if desired, and serve warm.
