These Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers are the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and creamy. Fresh jalapeños are stuffed with rich Brie cheese, sweet blueberry preserves, and crunchy pecans, then baked until golden and melty. They’re an elegant appetizer for parties, holidays, or game day.

Ingredients
- 6 large jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 8 ounces (225 g) Brie cheese, cut into small cubes (rind on or off)
- ⅓ cup (110 g) blueberry preserves
- ¼ cup (30 g) chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 tablespoons cooked bacon, finely crumbled (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
Garnish
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh thyme sprigs
- Cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Wear gloves if handling hot peppers.
- Place a cube of Brie into each jalapeño half.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of blueberry preserves over the Brie.
- Sprinkle with the toasted pecans and crumbled bacon, if using.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the Brie is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey, if desired.
- Garnish with fresh thyme, fresh blueberries, and a pinch of cracked black pepper before serving.
Air Fryer Option
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeños in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until the Brie is melted and the jalapeños are tender.
