Garlic Parmesan Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½–1 tsp salt (to taste)

½ tsp dried oregano or thyme

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: chili flakes for heat

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Season

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Spread in a single layer (don’t overcrowd — this helps crisping).
3️⃣ Bake

Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle Parmesan on top and return to oven until golden.
4️⃣ Serve

Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon for brightness.

Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for deeper browning.
