For the Asian Sweet & Tangy Sauce

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (optional, for a thicker sauce)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Tips
- Use large or jumbo shrimp for the juiciest results.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket—cook in batches if necessary.
- Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice before serving for extra brightness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes to avoid overcooking the shrimp.
