Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 pounds (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
- 1 bottle (12 oz/340 g) garlic Parmesan sauce
- 4 ounces (115 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 ounces (340 g) penne, rotini, or fettuccine, cooked
- 1 cup (120 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the crockpot and season with the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Drizzle with the olive oil, then pour in the chicken broth and garlic Parmesan sauce.
- Cover and cook on Low for 5–6 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds.
- Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it with two forks.
- Stir the cream cheese and grated Parmesan into the sauce until smooth.
- Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and mix well to coat it in the creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until everything is evenly combined and the mozzarella is melted.
- Cover and cook for an additional 10–15 minutes on Low, if needed, until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra grated Parmesan before serving.

Tips
