Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (preferably frozen for a thicker smoothie)
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk (dairy or unsweetened almond milk)
- ½ cup (120 g) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes (if using fresh bananas)
Instructions
- Add the bananas, peanut butter, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
