Ingredients

- ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (60 g) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (60 g) powdered keto sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (if needed for a smoother consistency)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch (20 cm) round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated keto sweetener.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
Make the Frosting
- Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the powdered keto sweetener and vanilla extract.
- Add heavy cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach a spreadable consistency.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cake.
