Loaded Baked Potato Idea
Top each potato with:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- Crumbled bacon
- Sliced green onions
Return to the air fryer for 2–3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Storage
- Refrigerator: Store cooked potatoes for up to 4 days.
- Reheat: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes until heated through.
Tips
- Russet potatoes produce the fluffiest interior and crispiest skin.
- Avoid wrapping potatoes in foil, as this prevents the skin from becoming crisp.
- For extra-crispy skins, lightly brush with a little more oil during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Potatoes are done when the internal temperature reaches about 205°F (96°C).
