Air Fryer Poached Eggs
Enjoy perfectly cooked poached eggs with tender whites and runny yolks using your air fryer. This simple method is quick, easy, and requires very little cleanup.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup (120 ml) hot water (for each ramekin)
- Butter or cooking spray, for greasing the ramekins (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Equipment
- 2 small oven-safe ramekins or silicone cups
- Air fryer
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Lightly grease two ramekins if desired.
- Pour ½ cup hot water into each ramekin.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolk.
- Carefully place the ramekins into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for:
- 5–6 minutes: Soft, runny yolk
- 6–7 minutes: Jammy yolk
- 7–8 minutes: Firm yolk
- Carefully remove the ramekins using tongs or oven mitts.
- Lift the eggs out with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels for a few seconds to drain excess water.
- Season with salt and black pepper before serving.
