5-Ingredient Slow Cooker Sweet Pea Macaroni

Ingredients
- 2 cups (200 g) elbow macaroni
- 2 cups (200 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10½ oz/300 g) condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (150 g) frozen sweet peas
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
Optional: Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until just al dente (about 2 minutes less than package directions). Drain well.
- Lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray or butter.
- Add the cooked macaroni, condensed soup, milk, cheddar cheese, and frozen peas to the slow cooker. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on Low for 2 to 2½ hours, stirring once halfway through if possible.
- Once the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy, season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve hot.
