Tips for the Best Steak
- Pat the steaks dry before seasoning to help develop a flavorful crust.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
- Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the steak and your air fryer model.
- A meat thermometer is the best way to achieve your preferred doneness.
Flavor Variations
- Classic Steakhouse: Finish with garlic herb butter and flaky sea salt.
- Cajun: Replace the seasonings with Cajun seasoning.
- Pepper Crusted: Use coarsely cracked black pepper and finish with butter.
- Rosemary Garlic: Add fresh rosemary sprigs and extra minced garlic to the butter.
