Air Fryer Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread
This quick and crispy Air Fryer Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread is ready in just minutes! It’s loaded with buttery garlic flavor and gooey melted cheese, making it the perfect snack, appetizer, or side dish.
Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: Red pepper flakes, for a little heat
Instructions
- Make the garlic butter
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if using).
- Assemble
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the buttered side.
- Place one tortilla on top of the other, with the cheese sides facing up (or make two individual cheesy tortillas).
- Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Carefully place the tortilla(s) into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 4–6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden and crisp.
- Serve
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes.
- Slice into wedges using a pizza cutter.
- Garnish with extra parsley and Parmesan, if desired.
