Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine:

2. Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl whisk:

Milk

Egg
-
Melted butter
-
Vanilla
3. Combine
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently.
Don’t overmix—small lumps are okay.
4. Cook

Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat.

Lightly grease with butter or oil.

Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
5. Flip
Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
