Ingredients

250 g peeled Shrimp

1½ cups Broccoli florets

1 ripe Avocado (sliced)

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the broccoli

Steam or blanch broccoli in boiling water for 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.

Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the shrimp

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
3️⃣ Add lemon flavor

Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp and stir for another 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Assemble the plate

Arrange broccoli and avocado slices on a plate.

Add the hot garlic shrimp on top or to the side.
