Crispy Chicken Wings

1 kg chicken wings

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1–2 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)

2 tbsp olive oil
Optional Sauces / Glazes

Buffalo: ¼ cup hot sauce + 2 tbsp butter

Honey Garlic: 3 tbsp honey + 2 garlic cloves minced + 1 tbsp soy sauce

BBQ: ¼ cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep

Pat wings dry with paper towels (helps them crisp).

Toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder.

Drizzle olive oil and mix well.
2️⃣ Cook Options
Oven-Baked (Crispy)

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Cook wings 25–30 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
Deep-Fried

Heat oil to 175°C (350°F).

Fry wings 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Drain on paper towels.
3️⃣ Sauce / Glaze

Toss wings in your choice of sauce immediately after cooking.

Serve hot with celery sticks and a dip (ranch or blue cheese).
Tips for Perfect Wings

Baking powder is key for that extra crunch (not baking soda!).

Dry wings before seasoning — moisture = soggy skin.
